A V-shaped resistance trainer for the muscle group nobody taught you to train. It sits between your knees; you squeeze against the spring; the pelvic floor and inner thighs do the work. Ten minutes a day, fully clothed, nothing insertable.

What it does — honestly

  • Strengthens the pelvic floor and inner thighs with real, progressive resistance — feedback on every rep, so you're never guessing whether a Kegel "worked."
  • Supports postpartum recovery as part of a gradual return to training (with your clinician's clearance first).
  • Can help reduce stress leaks over consistent training. Not cure — reduce, with consistency. Published protocols ran 8–12+ weeks; consistency is the active ingredient.
  • Trains the release too. Contract and let go — a pelvic floor that never relaxes isn't strong, it's stuck.

The research, on the page

Pelvic floor muscle training is one of the most-studied conservative approaches for stress urinary incontinence in women (Dumoulin et al., Cochrane Review, 2018; Koomson et al., Int. J. Gynecology & Obstetrics). The principle of resistance-loaded pelvic floor work has randomised-trial support (Dorey et al., 2005, BJU International). We link the papers; we don't paraphrase them into miracles. What they show: training works, and takes weeks. What they don't show: guarantees for any individual.

The colour question, answered honestly

It comes in Lilac and Rose. Here's the real reason. That's genuinely what the manufacturer makes — the only two colours this device exists in. Some stores render the same mold in matte black and list a colour they've never shipped. We photograph the real product. Pick the one you like more.

Add the 8-Week Programme — ₹300

A structured week-by-week training plan: how often, how many reps, when to progress the resistance, and the release work most guides skip. It schedules your effort; it doesn't promise your outcome, because nothing honestly can. Every exercise includes a bodyweight version, so the programme also works without the device. Questions women actually ask

Will this cure my leaks?
No — and be wary of anything that says it will. Training can strengthen the muscles involved and can help reduce stress leaks with consistency. For symptoms, diagnosis, or anything sudden or painful, see a clinician first.

Do I need the device at all?
No. The 8-Week Programme works bodyweight; the device adds resistance and feedback, which is what accelerates progress. We may be the only store in this category that will tell you that on the product page.

How fast will I notice a change?
We don't publish outcome timelines, because nobody honestly can. Published training protocols ran 8–12+ weeks of consistent work. Plan in weeks, not days.

Is it safe postpartum?
Get your clinician's clearance first — especially in the first weeks after delivery or after a C-section. Once cleared, the trainer is built for exactly this kind of gradual, progressive work.

Will anyone know what this is?
The packaging is plain and unmarked. The device itself looks like what it is — a small piece of home fitness equipment.

Specs

  • Type: V-shaped spring resistance trainer
  • Colours: Lilac, Rose (the only colours we ship — see above)
  • Material, resistance, dimensions: being confirmed with our supplier — we publish only verified values. A spec sheet with gaps beats a spec sheet with lies.

⚠️ Before you train

This is a fitness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. See a clinician first — not a product page — if you have pelvic pain, pain or burning while urinating, blood in urine, symptoms of prolapse, a recent delivery or pelvic surgery, or any sudden change in bladder function.
