FAQ — Honest Answers

Every answer below is the real one, including the ones a marketing team would soften. That's the brand.

Why is it only available in lilac and rose?

Because that's genuinely what the manufacturer makes. This device does not exist in other colours. Stores showing you a black one are showing a 3D render, not a product they ship. We decided on day one to photograph the real thing and own it.

Will this cure my incontinence?

No. Nothing sold on a website cures incontinence, and any store that claims otherwise is lying to you. What training can do: strengthen the pelvic floor and help reduce stress leaks with consistent work over weeks. What it can't do: replace a clinician for diagnosis — or for urge incontinence, prolapse, pain, or anything sudden.

Do I need the device, or is the programme enough?

The 8-Week Programme works entirely bodyweight — every exercise has a no-equipment version. The device does what weights do for any muscle: adds load and feedback, which accelerates progress. Start with either. We'd rather tell you that than pretend the plastic is mandatory.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes — plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the box or the shipping label indicates what's inside.

Is this safe during pregnancy or right after birth?

During pregnancy and early postpartum, talk to your doctor or a pelvic health physiotherapist before starting any resistance training. Once you're cleared, the trainer is designed for gradual progression — gentle first, loaded later.

How long until I notice a difference?

We refuse to publish week-by-week outcome timelines — they're guesses dressed up as guarantees. Published research protocols (see the citations on the product page) ran 8–12+ weeks of consistent training. Treat this like any muscle: weeks of consistency, not days of magic.

What's your return policy?

Easy returns on the device — see the Refund Policy for the honest details, including the hygiene condition. Damaged on arrival? Email photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund — your choice.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, across India.

Is this a medical device?

No. It's a fitness product. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have symptoms — pelvic pain, pain or burning while urinating, blood in urine, prolapse symptoms, or sudden changes in bladder function — see a clinician before training.
